   本氣壓棉箱是國內最先進的喂棉機構，置于開松機后面，借輸棉風機的作用，將充分開松的纖維均勻填充到混棉箱機上棉箱，再經(jīng)過一對羅拉及打手作用，以及循環(huán)風機吹風作用，在下棉箱產(chǎn)生均勻筵棉，再由一對軋輥輸出，供梳理機使用。 
Characteristics of applications:  
This machine is the most advanced apparatus in home country. It is located backwards from opening apparatusin order to deeply open and send uniformly to the storage of cotton with the help of winding effect of feeder and action of roller, beater and recycling winds. In the end, the sheet cotton made in bottom storage oven would be rolled out,to be carded in the following.

This machine is controlled by SCC system combined with variable frequency apparatus to feed continually and uniformly, furthermore the winding door with airpressured carding effect on bottom storage of cotton can improve the property of transverse uniformity. Above-mentioned would realize to feed accurately.
